Course Syllabus
This is the syllabus for the Diploma course. It is the list of topics that will be covered each day, although some of the subjects may be swapped around at short notice. The list is not exhaustive, further techniques may be added if time allows.
Week 1
In this week you will have an introduction to hypnotherapy and NLP. You will begin to discover how to take client notes, and discern between those who you may or may not help. You will begin to understand how hypnotherapy fits into the world of conventional medicine and psychotherapy, with a brief overview of other psychotherapy techniques.
Hypnotherapy Introduction. Induction.
The Initial Consultation: Listening skills. Record-keeping. Applications
Age Regression.
Psychology: theories CBT etc, The Role of psychology in practise.
NLP Introduction. Representational Systems
Week 2
In this week, you will be learning some of the magical NLP skills that are essential in working with clients. You will be discovering the subconscious components of memories and feelings. You will learn how to uncover the true meaning behind the spoken word. Using this information, you will learn some techniques for changing the effects of an unpleasant past experience, and changing the way you feel in an instant.

Week 3
Reconvening after a few months of reading and homework, we will begin by refreshing the basics that you learnt on Part A of the course. You will be studying the work of one of the great masters of hypnotherapy, Milton Erickson, and learning more intriguing NLP techniques.

Week 4
In this, the final week, you will be learning some wonderful techniques to help your clients who have difficulties with confidence, self-image, and weight. In an assortment of interesting topics, you will learn an NLP technique to deal with phobias, and a hypnotherapy technique to reduce pain. Finally, you will be brought up to date with current legislation and the code of ethics.
