Feeling ill; under the weather

During a migraine, it’s not surprising that you feel ill.  The pounding headache, the nausea, the extreme sensitivity to light – you just want to curl up in bed until it’s all over. This feeling can be extreme, and you think that you are actually dying.  Many people experience this during a migraine attack or depression.

But the ‘ill’ feeling can be there when all of the other symptoms have disappeared.  This demonstrates that the ‘ill’ feeling is not just part of the other symptoms, it is one on its own.

You may experience a mini-form of this symptom when you feel ‘under the weather’. Work on this as a physical symptom, rather than just an unwanted feeling.

Some people have migraine attacks completely without the ill feeling.  Lucky them!
