Menopausal Symptoms include a wide variety of problems from disturbed sleep to headache, aches and pains and irritability, not to mention ‘hot sweats’. These are all reactions to a change in hormone levels, yet other women have similar changing hormones, without any reactions at all.
What is “Follicle-Stimulating Hormone (FSH)”
Part of the problem may be that there is a hormone (FSH) responsible for encouraging an egg to be released each month. Once the egg appears, the hormone is no longer produced, until the following month.
A woman has a finite number of eggs that eventually ‘run out’. When this happens, the hormone that is produced to encourage the egg release may simply cease and then try again the following month, or it may increase its production in an effort to stimulate an egg to be released. This hormone (FSH) is usually raised during the menopause. However, sometimes FSH can reach very high concentrations.
It is believed that this high level of FSH can be the cause of menopausal symptoms. Resolution Magic can help by encouraging the automatic part of the brain to simply ‘give up’ if no egg is released, rather then continue to increase production in a vain effort to stimulate the release of an egg.
This recording is available for you – remember to set aside 30 minutes to relax without disturbance. Close your eyes and enjoy the initial relaxation exercise. Follow the instructions passively; let your subconscious do the work. Your subconscious will be asked not to produce more and more FSH if it does not find an egg.
If you find you have ‘fallen asleep’ while listening, our subconscious will probably have followed all of the instructions. If you hear my voice announcing the end of the recording, you will know that your subconscious has been busy all the while!
