Symptoms – Period Pain & Pre-menstrual Tension (P.M.T.)
Period pain and pre-menstrual tension (PMT) also respond to the techniques of Resolution Magic.
Month by month, the intensity of the pain, and irritability gradually diminish.
Begin active sessions (1/2 minute every 2-3 hours) (see page 88 of the book) as soon as you suspect your period is on the way. Continue this as much as possible throughout the days of your period, and keep a record. Compare records over the following six months. You will find that periods will begin without any change in your mood, and then active sessions can be done much later in the period, when irritability or the pain begin.
